Financial Process Accounting Specialist

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $31,000 to $36,000 per year West suburban headquarters seeks an accounting clerk to focus on the billing and collection of consolidated national customer accounts. This accountant will complete the billing and collection of consolidated orders, help with large customer projects, and maintain the control necessary to assure that all large projects are completed in accordance with the contract. The accountant will make occasional collection calls to ensure amounts due are collected from customers, resolve customer payment issues, track customer payment patterns, reconcile accounts, and analyze receivable agings, DSO, and collection efficiency.
