USAA is currently seeking a talented Financial Planning Director for our Phoenix, AZ location.

As a Financial Planning Director for USAA, you will manage financial planning member service employees who are dedicated to knowing our members, understanding their individual needs and providing appropriate solutions. You will develop employees through regular coaching and feedback that lead to improved results. You will execute process improvements and lead organizational process changes. You will maintain compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.

Qualified candidates need to possess:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5 years of financial services experience.
3 years of management or leadership experience.
NASD Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
Expert knowledge of financial products and services.
Ability to acquire NASD Series 24, Group 1, Certified Financial Planner/Practitioner and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation if necessary.
Preferred experience includes:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or other related field.
Relationship/Integrity selling experience.
Experience preparing and giving briefings to senior management.
