SUMMARY: Provides timely and accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis on all aspects of company’s finance activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Manages all budget process activities; forecasts all company operational and financial aspects.
Directs the accumulation, recording, preparation and reporting of financial data; prepares and analyzes financial statements and related reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Develops, interprets, and implements systems and processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
Provides specialized analyses in support of all business functions.
Provides analysis and evaluation of business strategies; assists with company strategic planning.
Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress.
Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates.
Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
Assists with special projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
6+ years experience in corporate finance/accounting, MBA preferred.
Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports.
Working knowledge of GAAP, particularly as related to inventory and material COGS
Demonstrated ability to interpret economic conditions and anticipate the impact on the organization.
Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
Proven leadership and business acumen skills
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Excellent communication skills.
