Credit Union located in Fort Lauderdale has an opening for a Member Services Representative. Candidate will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries ranging from routine to moderately complex. Must be able to asses customer needs and suggest/promote suitable products and services. Upward mobility available. 2-3 years customer service and computer experience in a financial institution required.
