Our Strategy&Operations Practice is recruiting highly talented senior managers to work with us in delivering services to the office of the CFO. We are seeking forward thinking consultants who have at least 7 years of deep experience working in or serving the finance and accounting organization. In this position, you will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution. Consulting awareness
of relevant industry issues is vital. 
 
Hyperion impementation experience is highly desirable, but not a requirement.

Our CFO Services practice delivers a wide range of support to the CFO and the finance function, ranging from strategy setting and initiative prioritization to tactical initiative management and delivery. Candidates pursuing employment with us should have strong experience in driving change in several of the following areas:
 
         Financial Close and Consolidation/Financial Reporting
         Planning and Forecasting
         Order to Cash and Procure to Pay
         Shared Services
         Activity Based Costing/Activity Based Management
         Performance Measurement and
Dashboarding
         Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance
         Finance Function Best Practices and Benchmarking
 
Skills setswe are looking for include project management, process mapping, knowledge of/experience with enabling technologies used by the finance function (such as Hyperion and Cognos), overall business process knowledge, general accounting/finance skills, strong financial modeling skills, and excellent communication skills. 
 
Please note that this position requires weekly client-based travel, up to 100%
A CPA and/or MBA are not required, but helpful
