RequirementsFinancial InternInternships are available nationwide for college students interested in working with a financial services organization like no other. As a financial intern with Thrivent Financial, you?ll learn firsthand how our financial associates provide multifaceted solutions to help Lutherans, their families and their communities focus on financial security, wellness and philanthropy. If you?re seeking a fast-track career experience ? with meaning, then this is the internship for you!Interns will work within a regional financial office to help strengthen regional markets, explore effective sales techniques and strategies, and build professional relationships. After the first 12 weeks, those who exceed expectations will have the opportunity to continue their internship throughout the school year.Requirements
To be considered for an internship position, you must meet the following requirements:
Obtain and maintain a state life-and-health insurance license before your contract date.
Be eligible for membership with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. You must professes to be Lutheran and be a current or former member of a Lutheran congregation.
Maintain a valid driver?s license.
Be enrolled in college (must have proof of enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student).
Be at least 18 years old.
Pass Thrivent Financial?s background check.
Be able to work in the United States after college graduation, without sponsorship.
Commit to a full-time internship of no less than 12 weeks.Competencies
