RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Act as a liaison between the business functions and the IT division to meet business objectives through the use of technology*Translate user needs/high level functional requirements into detailed business requirements*Create high level and detailed technical designs*Design, develop, and test internal, web-based applications*Create logical database designs and system solutions using MS SQLServer*Participate in system architecture design and tool set selection*Evaluate and integrate third party applications with other internal and external systems*Complete special assignments as assigned*Provide support and maintenance to production systemsREQUIREMENTS:*Bachelor*s degree in CS or related field*Keen interest in gaining business knowledge -- driven by solving challenges through technology*Proven track record of delivering high quality IT systems and applications, preferably within the financial industry, and will possess at least 5 years application development experience.

*Ability to multi-task, manage several projects at once
