Financial Consultant / Project Manager

Will learn, design, and establish standard reports and processes to help with month end close for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D membership and premium reporting. Will learn and formulate key approaches to membership and premium reconciling with CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D products. Will learn and formulate key approaches and reports to assist in pass through claims reconciliations with CMS. Keep abreast of all CMS communications which impact the financial reporting of Medicare businesses. Provide technical leadership in identifying objectives, key issues, and approaches in accounting system build out for Medicare Part D or any system conversions. Set Strategic direction of projects. Mentors, trains, and coaches lower level financial analyst. Researches projects to identify and evaluate new business opportunities. Initiates and resolves complex financial problem requiring technical expertise.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements
Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. MBA, CPA, CMA, FSA, and/or CFA preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in general accounting, finance, budgeting and planning in a large for profit organization. Seasoned professional in finance.
