Financial Analyst - Ultrasound Radiology
Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: FinanceResponsibilities: The $115M U.S. Radiology Ultrasound business is targeting 15% growth in 2006 with a 1.8x OM lift. Supporting the financial execution of this significant sales & productivity growth will be the principal goal & objective of the Radiology Commercial Analyst. The Radiology Commercial Analyst will provide primary support to the GM of U.S. Radiology Ultrasound & will partner with the 30+ Radiology sales team to perform items including: Analysis of full P&L financials Forecasting and reporting of $115M Sales, $53M CM, & $7M Base Cost.
Weekly estimation of sales & standard margin, preparation for bi-weekly "risks & opportunities" with Diagnostic Ultrasound CFO and monthly operating reviews with Diagnostic Ultrasound CEO.
In-depth analytics of pricing, mix, and margins creating visibility to compelling data & outlining clear corrective action for optimum price realization.
Work closely with marketing/sales functions to develop & execute pricing strategies and marketing programs for new product introductions & annual break-throughs.
Assist in key strategic planning processes including Growth Playbook, SII, Session C, and Op Plan.
Manage Sales Rep Incentive Compensation including budgeting, accruals/actuals, and strategy.
Manage discount limits & minimum margins in SWB Maximizer & expand utilization of SWB for orders analysis including win/loss performance & Miller Heiman funnel management.In summary, this commercial role is a fantastic opportunity to join Ultrasound and contribute to the growth of one of GE Healthcare's most dynamic businesses.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of five years of finance work experience; or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of two years Corporate Audit Staff experience; or High School Diploma/GED and minimum of ten years finance work experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas.
Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing.
Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, COGNOS, Business Objects, Excel etc.).

Graduate of GE's Financial Management Program (FMP); Corporate Audit Staff (CAS); or graduate of other financial leadership programs
