Financial Analyst Senior/Project Manager

Works with business partners to identify project parameters and implement projects, within agreed upon timeframes and resources. Primary Duties: Provides project support or leadership to assigned department(s) or business area(s) dependent on scope of project assignment. Ensures completion of project within required timeframes and resources. Coordinates with representatives from impacted departments to identify issues and parameters of project. Responsible for driving project deliverables, including coordinating with other parties to accomplish project tasks. Resolves issues that may impede progress of project. Keeps impacted departments apprised of project status. Responsible for developing and implementing communication related to project, including project implementation. May manage project team depending on scope of assigned projects. Leads less complex projects (shorter term, moderate impact), generally involving single department or unit. Assigned projects are generally shorter in duration. Requires understanding of budget and expense controls related to projects. Requires some guidance, but able to work indpendently as required. Utilizes components of projct mangement methodology but processes are generally not as structured as more senior positions.
REQUIREMENTS
Work Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of related business experience. Experience managing or playing major role in business projects. Other: This is 2nd level project manager position. Demonstrated ability to support or manage and implement project tasks/projects. Demonstrated ability to influence and leverage behavior for benefit of the project. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to manage and implement projects. Ability to set clear direction by defining goals and priorities. Ability to evaluate and support the business needs of assigned department(s). Solid verbal and written communication skills. Solid diagnostic and analytical skills. Solid business knowledge.
