The Financial Analyst/Client Account Administrator (CAA) position is responsible for meeting the
demands of our engagement teams to successfully service our clients through the
use of our new Global Financial System (GFS). The Client Account Administrator
will directly support PwC’s client engagement teams. The CAA will assist
project teams with the financial administration and on-going administrative
support of projects.Client and Engagement Set Up Coding Perform/support set-up of new clients and new engagements in GFS Perform/support in set-up of bill plans and their execution Perform ongoing engagement management requirements
Ongoing Engagement Profitability and Management Financial reporting Financial proficiency with standard tools and strong knowledge base to monitor, interpret, and analyze financial results Assist partners and client service managers with the Engagement Profitability ToolBilling and Collections Understanding of revenue implications associated with billing Adjust performance variances and manage Work In Progress (WIP) utilization Assist in collection of receivables
Engagement Support Support a team(s) of consultants Strong time management skills with prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, monitoring plans and client work schedules Coordinate engagement team deliverables and issue management Assist engagement managers with annual planning (strong emphasis on staff resource planning) Schedule and maintain meeting calendars (both internal and client) Keeps team informed of the engagement process and pertinent matters that may pose obstacles to meeting client expectations and suggest solutions Create and maintain client communications files Maintain PwC client service databases Prepare engagement letters Assist in tracking performance objectives, self appraisals and project appraisals of engagement team(s) Ensures engagement team(s) meet Firm Independence requirements Monitor compliance of risk policies and procedures Actively assists in the development of others by sharing knowledge and experiences
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
3-5 years of related business experience High School required, College Degree preferredEssential Requirements:
High Excel proficiency Aptitude in financial analysis Strong analytical thinker Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) Ability to manage teams in an administrative/support role Proactive and results oriented Resourceful Ability to multi-task and organize Proficient in various software applications (Including Word, Power Point, Excel) Highly responsive Proven record of teaming
Relevant business experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Project/Engagement Management Finance Management Service Industry
