Financial Analyst (SS)

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $75000 to $85000 per year Key responsibilities: The Senior Analyst will be involved in financial planning, ad hoc analysis and definition of financial processes. The analyst's principal responsibility will be to supply timely, accurate and insightful expense reporting and analysis to functional managers and the executive team. In addition, the analyst will drive efficient processes for budgeting and forecasting of expenses, headcount and capital as well as provide strategic support to corporate business partners.Have ownership of business partner relationships with departmental managers. Work directly with corporate business partners in finance to develop annual budget and monthly forecasts and analyze actual results against both plan and prior year.
Maintain overall awareness of company performance and direction in order to guide business partner's financial decisions within budget and drive shareholder value. Establish yourself as the key advisor to business partners on financial matters. Become sought out, value added resource.Through effective business partnerships, maintain pulse on business performance issues and opportunities. Serve as the expert, "go to" person for designated function.
Support and drive business process reengineering efforts aimed at maintaining controllership within the studio and increasing process efficiency.
Have expertise in financial systems in order to produce accurate and timely ad hoc reporting and analysis as required to support decision-making.Drive evolution of forecasting and budgeting processes to increase efficiency and value add to business partners.
Serve as liaison to finance business partners in studios to ensure seamless communication and organizational alignment with respect to worldwide forecasting and planning processes.Maintain pulse on business performance issues and opportunities in designated studio to keep studio exec/finance leadership aware of risk to quarterly forecast attainment.Be adept at utilizing various financial software and systems for data query and reporting to develop high quality analysis.Produce ad hoc reporting and analysis as is required to support decision making.If interested, please submit resume in Word format to Steve Saah at
