Financial Analyst - Reporting

Works with the Manager, Financial Reporting in leading the financial reporting and analysis activities for the Corporate organization.

Develop and prepare value-added weekly and monthly financial and management reporting and analysis to meet the needs of Senior Management and the Sponsors and communicate company performance and business results.

Reporting includes weekly sales and operational key performance indicators and monthly actuals reporting and analysis. Reporting will enhance Senior Management knowledge of the business and decision making.

Assist with design and development of financial and management reporting in new Outlook Soft BPM solution currently being implemented across the Planning and Analysis and Accounting organizations.

Coordinate with Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Corporate Departments, and Operating Division cross-functional teams. Interact with Senior Management and Sponsors.

Assist with the preparation of value-added weekly and monthly financial and management reporting and analysis to meet the needs of Senior Management and Sponsors.
Provide reporting that communicates overall company performance, business results, and analysis of business trends.
Enhance Senior Management business knowledge and decision making.
Support implementation of Outlook Soft BPM solution by designing and developing financial and management reporting.
Continuous improvement of reporting to streamline process and meet changing business needs.
Coordinate activities across Planning and Analysis and Accounting organizations and cross-functional business teams.
REQUIREMENTS
·Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
·2-3 years of financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, or accounting experience. Retail background is a plus.
·Superior analytical skills
·Strong business acumen; proactive approach
·Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to work in a cross functional environment and communicate with all levels of the organization.
·Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills
·Strong organizational and time management skills
·Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines
·Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Oracle, Oracle Financial Analyzer, and Outlook Soft or another BPM solution.
