We are in search of a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our hard-working Hartford, CT team. In this fast-paced role, you would monitor the control process for our entire department, in addition to identifying and implementing improvement initiatives. Primary responsibilities include:


Overseeing the control framework that supports Sarbanes-Oxley certifications and SAS 70 reports


Responding to external auditors' questions and coordinating audits


Ensuring all processes are following proper methods


Supporting ongoing control documentation


Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives


Serving as a project manager for documentation issues


Job Requirements:

Prior audit experience in financial or operational controls is essential to this role, along with excellent problem-solving skills. A background in the healthcare industry is highly preferred. Computer proficiency is a must. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
