Major Responsibilities and Duties:

·Responsible for monitoring profitability of Managed Care contracts.
·Provides general analytical support for the Customer Contracts Group.
·Mines available revenue data.
·Interviews subject-matter experts.
·Develops key assumptions and variables.
·Applies sophisticated analytical techniques, deriving insightful conclusions.
·Communicates results through persuasive presentations.
·Responsible for coordinating cross-departmental involvement on projects impacting senior management decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
·Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
·MBA preferred.
·Must have strong computer skills including Excel and Access.
·Business Objects experience a plus.
·Must possess strong analytical capabilities, including quantitative and qualitative assessment skills and critical thinking skills.
·Must be able to comprehend, analyze and develop solutions for complex problems.
·Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
·Healthcare industry experience helpful.
·Demonstrated ability for quickly absorbing changing industry dynamics and an understanding of business models
