3 Month Contract. Transitioning operations from NYC to Alpharetta. Need temporary help in Alpharetta. NO AGENCIESSUMMARY:The staff accountant position will assist in the account reconciliation process and the month-end financial closing process to facilitate accurate and timely reporting of financial results.RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Post source transactions to accounting system
Perform account reconciliations and analysis of GL accounts
Maintain tracking log of project costs
T&E expense reporting compliance
Vendor maintenance and review of vendor invoice approval authority
Other accounting tasks as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
2-3 years general accounting experience
Strong organization, time-management, and communication skills

Excel and MS Word experience

Quickbooks, SAP experience a plus
