Financial Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $56000 to $80000 per year A large global financial service organization located in the Milwaukee area is currently recruiting for a Financial/Operations Analyst. The functional role is to support the Senior Director of Commercial Lending and the business unit Directors and Managers. The Commercial Lending organization is structured into six business units Wholesale Ag, Wholesale CE, Audit, Underwriting, Dealer Settlements and Asset Management.The position is responsible for high-level consolidated reporting to Senior Management. Key responsibilities include: monthly reviews of Actual Financial Performance and SG&A discussions with business unit directors; support of 6 major business units with both standard and Ad Hoc reporting and manage 7 cost centers with a budget of US$19 million for the commercial lending group; prepare annual and quarterly forecast budgets, monthly variance reporting and Ad hoc analysis; reviewing loan loss reserve for commercial lending and wholesale ABS receivable analysis; provide senior management and business unit directors the analytical support in preparing/ compiling the Strategic Business Plan, Annual Operating Plan and SG&A Budgets.Founded in 1948, Robert Half Finance & Accounting pioneered financial recruitment and today is the worldwide leader in the field.
