Financial Analyst (5773)

Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX.Job Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for overseeing the detailed analysis of the company's inter-company revenue and expenses including identifying, researching and resolving variances between segments. This individual will collaborate with the various global finance teams to ensure there is accurate and timely resolution of all inter-company differences.Other responsibility will include reviewing the Corporate Finance policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and in compliance with our SOX controls and ISO 9000 guidelines.This role will require attention to detail and willingness to interact with multiple people around the company in efforts to resolve issues that impact the company financials. Special projects as required, such as general ledger system enhancements, system upgrades, integrations of acquisitions, etc.Required Skills:

MS Office

Peoplesoft-7.5 or higher

7 + years of experienceDesired Skills:

Consolidation experience

Foreign currency exchange experience

Flexibility and adaptability

SEC ReportingMinimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
