Position Description: Build and maintain asset management relationships with affluent individuals and families as well as small to mid size trusts, endowments, and foundations. Tremendous investment platform due to size and scope of firm, as well as parent firm.
Compensation Structure:
Base salary: $150,000 - $250,000 commensurate with experience,
Plus basis points on assets – 30% of mgmt. fee in year 1, 10% of mgmt. fee in year 2+
(Guarantees considered where appropriate)

REQUIREMENTS
Required:
•Eight years similar investment industry experience
•Strong sales track record
•Existing relationships in high net worth arena
•Extensive community and business relationships
•Bachelor’s Degree
•Excellent communication skills

Desired:
•Master’s Degree, MBA preferred
•Continuity of employers, with few job changes
•Consultative sales experience
