Finance and Insurance Producer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES for a Finance and Insurance Producer include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Sells financing, credit life, and other applicable items or services (e.g., theft guard, etc.) to customers.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
Complete all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner and makes all required disclosures to customers as outlined in the Ethics Statement.
Submits paperwork to, and obtains approval from, finance sources on all finance deals.
Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
Handles all rate quotations.
Responsible for finance and insurance fees and their collection.
Attends meetings and training as scheduled.
Adheres to Company policies and procedures.
Maintains a neat and professional appearance

Dollar per copy
Penetration Percentages
Gap Insurance
Warranty
Theft Guard
Credit Life & Disability
Smart Note
CSI
