Finance Trainer

Are you a numbers guru who also likes to train others? Are you equally efficient in understanding financial policies and procedures as you are in presenting to a group?
We have combined these skills into a part-time position. Hours are flexible, Monday – Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities include conducting training sessions in accounts payable, travel and expense reporting, budgeting and purchase card processing. In addition, conducting training on topics that are specific to our industry including donation processing and loss prevention policies. Additional responsibilities include tracking metrics, applying results to trainings, auditing adherence to policies and responding to staff inquiries regarding financial processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in presenting information to a group or within a public forum and in working with accounting policies and processes. Some overnight travel is required. One or two times per month within the Midwest Division (WI, MN, IA, SD).
