job description Position Description: Join the Finance team and lead corporate requirements gathering sessions with various constituents to ensure best practices implementation; engage and receive Buy-In from senior executives with respect to overall reporting strategy. Identify and collect requirements for new reporting needs and validate the data to be reported, as well as analyze data and create summaries for findings, correlating them to business and industry trends. Provide weekly status reports on reporting to senior management
job requirements Position requires BA/BS Degree; 8-10 years of experience in enterprise reporting; well-versed in all facets of the telecom industry; ability to interact and communicate with Nextel leadership: and proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project. PeopleSoft Financials expertise, with emphasis on reporting technologies; familiarity with PeopleSoft data structure; and knowledge of implementing best reporting practices is preferred.
