Finance Supervisor

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $65000 to $75000 per year A global, retail, Fortune 500 firm headquartered in a western suburb is searching for a Finance Supervisor. This role will support the Corporate Controller Group and provide financial management, analysis and support for several large Corporate departments as well as oversight and reporting of Corporate segment G&A and Capital Expenditures. This position is the key financial advisor to the Information Systems department. This division provides in-house development, project management, and support for corporate systems.The Finance Supervisor has the following responsibilities:
Consults, prepares analysis and evaluates financial information for department managers.
- Provides financial analysis and decision support for initiatives and corporate business cases and provides general financial guidance to help Project Managers make sound business decisions.
- Is the key financial expert on the support levels and related staffing requirements for existing corporate systems. - Consults with department leaders on monthly spend, projections and results versus budget and forecasts.
