Finance Staffing Manager

Business Unit: NBC UniversalFunction: Human ResourcesResponsibilities: Working with Finance leadership; develop and lead staffing and employee development processes and initiatives.
Responsible for developing and maintaining staffing function for NBCU finance including - attracting internal/external diverse candidate pools, interview process, implementing/tracking staffing metrics, and sharing best staffing practices with Staffing CoE and cross functional Staffing Managers
Develop and implement interview scheduling process with Finance Leadership Administrative team
Implement consistent interview evaluation tracking process ensure all managers trained on interviewer skills
Partner with Staffing CoE - share best practices and maintain partnership to ensure the NBCU staffing process is followed and utilize staffing tools
Knowledgeable of and compliant with all Local, State And GE Staffing & Hiring Policies - responsible for training Finance Leadership team on policy and proper practice/procedures
Maintain ready to move list and employee status - communicate with finance leadership team
Develop communication mechanism to ensure all NBCU finance opportunities are communicated and finance employees know staffing process ~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or High School diploma/GED and a minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing or human resources)
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, working with hiring managers, and extending offers
Knowledge of finance roles and responsibilities in a corporate environment
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Desired: Previous staffing experience in the entertainment industry
Green Belt trained and/or certified
Change & Process Oriented
Team player who possess outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
E-business tools savvy
Clear thinker - able to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans
Externally focused, customer centric
Execution oriented with strong analytical and project management skills
