Position Description:
•Develop processes and financial models to plan, manage, and monitor Senior Executive Total Rewards.
•Work closely with Senior Executive Matters Leadership to develop Financial Analysis and Evaluation of various
•Senior Executive compensation programs.
•Identify, develop, and report on key Senior Executive compensation metrics
•Work closely with Corporate Planning to ensure affordability of various compensation programs.
•Assist with Global Compensation Planning processes for all employees.
•Various Ad hoc requests related to Senior Executive Compensation.

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
Work Experience: Six or more years of relevant work experience required

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:
MBA and/or CPA
Internal Accenture Finance Systems; GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
