job description Join the Finance team and analyze Architecture of HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems at the Corporate level. Lead projects addressing new HR, Payroll, and Benefits system strategy including the automation of existing internal business processes. Act as an advisor to the Director on evaluation and recommendation of the implementation of new technologies, applications, and methods/processes. Coordinate with IT, Program Managers, and contractors
job requirements Position requires 2+ years PeopleSoft HCM experience including PeopleTools and all existing modules available for implementation; strong Project Management skills (PMP preferred); 5+ years HR/Payroll systems experience; 2+ years management/supervisory experience; and knowledge of PS HR Payroll and Benefits processes and systems. BS/BA Degree is preferred
