Finance Manager - Structuring

SUMMARY: Support the creation of financing activities, which include tools to generate liquidity for the balance sheet at optimal costs, administration, and operations. Assist with the administration of the banking, credit, and investment activities of the enterprise. ACCOUNTABILITIES: a)Analyze financing structures and ideas and prepare presentations to senior management to support capital markets activities. b)Analyze data and prepare reports which provide management with an accurate and timely perspective of corporate financial positions and financial statements. Develop effective networks with internal business groups to obtain data and other information required to support management requests. c)Participate in negotiations with bank representatives, underwriters, bond counsel, accountants, operational staff and corporate counsel. Support quality bank relationships, including commercial paper conduit banks. d)Ensure compliance of financing activities with all applicable policies, rules, regulations and laws. Support all compliance requirements dictated by financing documentation.Job Requirements
a)5 to 7 years of experience in capital markets/corporate finance, with Treasury experience preferred, in a large financial services organizations with extensive borrowing facilities. b)Strong quantitative skills with extensive experience modeling cash flows in Excel. c)Demonstrated knowledge of the finance/mortgage markets. Knowledge of mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities is desirable. Experience negotiating banking facilities helpful. d)Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and interact effectively with the corporate management officials, multiple business units, internal and external auditors, bank representatives, underwriters, bond counsel, and corporate counsel. e)Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting is required. MBA degree is desirable. f)Some evening or weekend work may be required to meet department goals and deadlines. Limited travel required.
