This position will be responsible for partnering with functional executives to leverage information technology as a vehicle for delivering relevant, timely and accurate management analysis in support of superior decision making including:
Rolling 4 Quarter Forecast > Manage the quarterly P&L financial forecast, agree assumptions, prepare analysis, identify swing and risk factorsRevenue Forecast > Manage the bi-quarterly revenue forecast, prepare supporting analysis, propose internal and external range given risksRevenue Flash Report > Prepare the weekly flash report during months 2 & 3 of each quarter, manage issue resolution to support sales execution of planManagement Dashboard > Manage and implement plan for on-demand financial and performance reporting, working with IT and end users to deliver timely and relevant informationBudget System > Manage the bi-annual budgeting process, develop budget calendar, top-level spending guidelines, coordination of Senior Financial Analyst support, and budget publicationBudget v Actual > Manage the monthly budget versus actual reporting process, including summary analysis reporting to executivesG&A > Provide functional support to finance, IT, HR and legal including gather data and analyzing operating metrics, budget and budget v actual supportOther > Investigate and prepare ad-hoc analysis which provides information to executives
REQUIREMENTS
5-10 years in finance and/or accounting at a high technology company in positions of increasing responsibility and scopeDemonstrated success as a multi-tasker in a dynamic and fluid environment, operating across organizational boundariesBachelor degree in business (or the equivalent) from an accredited 4 year institutionExperience developing and managing management reports and processes using an enterprise tool (ex. Hyperion, Cognos) for budgeting, actuals, performance management, dashboardsDemonstrated understanding of G.A.A.P.Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPointMBA or CPA a plusSemiconductor industry experience a plusExperience presenting to senior executives a plus
