Finance Manager, Retail

This position will lead the business planning and financial analysis function for the US Medical Nutrition Retail. This position will supervise one financial analyst and will report directly to the Director of BPA.
This position will support the Medical Nutrition Retail business to
1) partner with other business functions to provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis
2) manage profitability by developing and clearly communicating financial plans throughout the annual planning cycle
3) provide clear and effective reporting of financial results to local management and Global Finance management located in Switzerland.
Coordinate NPV, ROI and gross margin analysis for key business initiatives, such as new product launches and customer contract bids
Coordinate and manage the Retail planning and forecasting processes, including flash estimates
Provide leadership to the Retail Marketing teams throughout the planning and forecasting cycles
Manage the monthly close process for the Retail business
Prepare, review, and communicate monthly financial reports for both local management and Global Finance management
Continually evaluate and challenge financial processes and reporting practices; implement changes as needed
Supervise and develop one financial analysts
Work in collaboration with Sr. Accountant FRA to ensure accurate financial reporting surrounding coupon and trade fund commitments
Provide special project analysis as requestedQualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance; Accounting required
MBA or CPA preferred
Experience: 4-7 years experience in financial analysis requiredSKILLS/COMPETENCIES/SHARED VALUES:
