Finance Manager- International Health Organization

Our client, one of Baltimore’s premier international health organizations is seeking a top notch finance manager to join their team. They are looking for an independent, self-motivated professional who has had experience in these areas:
Qualifications:
•Fund Budgeting
•Staff Development (Training), Strategic planning,
•Develop policies and procedures to streamline processes
•Allocate costs, cash flow projections
•Pipeline analysis and forecasts
•Project Analysis
•Analysis (budget vs. actual)
Additional Qualifications:
•Foreign language Competency- French or Spanish preferably;
•Understanding of Contracts and Cooperative agreements.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field required. This opportunity requires 5+ years experience in financial management/analysis, Experience in an international or non-profit organization is a plus.
