Key responsibilities include:
Mining, gathering and researching a wide scope of financial data
Performing complex financial analysis, reporting and modeling of this information to develop a large, accurate picture of our financial patterns
Redesigning our financial data management methods to facilitate more consistent analysis and reporting
Identifying new ways to dig more deeply into our financial and technological data
Developing and leading process improvement efforts in our division
Job Requirements:
An extensive background in finance is required, as is experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and accounting. Financial analysis experience is a must. Project management and process improvement experience is needed, and CPAs would be best equipped for this role. We prefer a candidate with experience in IT, as well as a familiarity with mergers, acquisitions, healthcare and health insurance. A related Bachelor's degree is essential, as is PC proficiency.
