We are seeking a talented leader to serve as our Finance Manager, CPI to our Lending Products Group. Key components include collateral protection insurance, lender's protection and mortgage insurance, as well as risk management, and cutting-edge lending tools for credit unions. Providing top-notch management direction to all finance functions, you will coordinate our long-range planning and forecasting processes, develop financial performance measures, direct new business and financial models, prepare budgets, and work proactively to anticipate issues and solutions. 

Success calls for a degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field, plus 10 years' experience in financial management overseeing functional activities in the financial services industry. Solid knowledge of the financial services business and product lines and financial services industry is essential.  A professional designation (CPA, CMA, CLU, ChFC, CCUE, FSA) is also a must, as is knowledge of the financial services business and product lines. Experience working with sales and revenue models, company financials, product pricing and profitability models, and performance measures will be expected as well. An MBA would be a plus.
