We are currently in search of a Finance Manager for our Sanford Brown Institute located in Houston, Texas.

In this integral role you will be responsible for overseeing the Financial Operations function including but not limited to:
Monthly Financial Statements.
Plan and administer annual budget.
Monitor all payroll and insurance matters.
Liaison between school and corporate office for month end.
Assist in strategic planning and forecasting
Handle all aspects of annual audit.
Hiring, training, motivation and growth for staff.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with either a CPA or MBA.
Big 4 Public Accounting experience a plus.
2-3 years of increasingly responsible experience in a business environment, which include a combination of Finance, Operations, Accounting and Business Management.
Must have an established track record of leadership in a management role.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
