Finance/IT Simplification Leader

Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: FinanceResponsibilities: The Simplification Leader will drive efficiency and effectiveness across the GEHC IITS Finance community. This position will address process as well as potential system requirements to drive improvement. GEHC IITS is a high growth Software company with ~1.5B in global revenue. Efficiency improvement is needed to sustain this high growth rate.Primary responsibilities include:
Work with the Global IITS Finance team to improve processes around Revenue forecasting and analysis
Leverage current GEHC tools to drive efficiency (Cognos, Business Objects, etc.)
Ensure large scale GEHC simplification initiatives (e.g. Siebel, Sales Workbench, etc.) are appropriately leveraged at GEHC IITS
Provide input into long term IT roadmap (e.g. Peoplesoft implementation) to ensure continued improvement of efficiency
Drive simplification through legal entity reduction efforts. Partner with Tax and Controllership to drive reduction efforts
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years business experience
Proven communication and leadership skills
Demonstrated analytical , process and problem solving skills
Ability to play coach/player role effectively
Business presence, ability to interact/influence senior managementDesired: * BA/BS in Finance/Business Administration
Experience driving process change
