Undergraduate or Graduate degree in accounting is required

CPA or CFA preferred

5 or more years audit experience in a large accounting firm or a combination of audit and/or dispute & investigation consulting experience

Understand SEC reporting requirements through experience preferably from a large public accounting firm

Analytical ability.

Supervisory coaching and mentoring experience
