Finance Assistant

The primary objective for this position is to submit finance contracts to our bank for payment. The required duties include, but are not limited to:

Daily implementation of the Corporate Mission Statement

Put all Credit Memo's and MCR's on settle into our system

Run reports and evaluate accounts

Make copies of any contract that will be needed for future payment

File contracts keyed by the coordinators and copies by store

Answering department phone lines
