Finance Analyst, Engineering

Business Unit: GE Industrial, Inspection TechnologiesFunction: FinanceResponsibilities: * Excellent analytical role supporting the Engineering Leader, Becky * Excellent analytical role supporting the Engineering Leader, Becky Bompiedi to successfully execute the NPI programs strategy and commitments...the most important area for GE Inspection Technologies growth strategy.
Lead all technology finance related activities for the Business-operating unit including developing and preparing annual Session I, Session II, Operating Plans, and Quarterly estimates.
Develop and execute actions to meet financial commitments for program expense and investment, support operating management with basic financial training related to program spendings.
Managing the Engineering functional base cost and F&D budgets to meet targets.
Support the MF of Engineering, Services and Lewistown with all engineering related tasks, including tracking, data gathering, and supporting audits.
Ensure Session II, Operating plans and Quarterly estimates are met.
Review all local engineering systems and implement and maintain a unified reporting system across all sites.
Financial Management of external funding projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree; minimum of 2 years of Finance experience; FMP grad preferred.
Excellent financial analytical skills with an ability to see the details as well as the big picture, and work with multiple data sources to get clear answers.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
