Classification: Full Time Compensation: $65000 to $75000 per year This position is the #1 role on the Finance Team. The company relocated their UK operations to the US. This position has a lot of growth potential with up to 20% bonus. Reporting to the Finance Director, the role will involve providing a robust and commercially oriented financial accounting service to the Conferencing business. Main responsibilities include:•Forecasting 12 monthly cash flow requirements•Supervision and development of 3 staff involved in financial administration•Monthly Budget versus Actual variance analysis
•Drive the annual Budget/Business plan process and audit preparation
•Dealing with multi-currency accounts
•Preparation of monthly financial accounts and financial reports•Month end control accounts production and overseeing month end procedures
•Maintenance of fixed asset register for US and Europe
•Overseeing the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation(s)
•Ensure payments to staff / suppliers occur within time limits
•Produce tax returns for all countries company operates in
•Preparation of clean & accurate monthly Audit file for review by Finance Directorsend resumes to
