PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH 2 COPIES OF YOUR RESUME.This position is responsible for analyzing the operational and financial results of a 24x7 call center. The successful candidate will be able to utilize their analytical skills to determine the long range staffing levels required within the call center environment, by translating forecasted product data, historical call volume relationships, and projected productivity measures using an Excel based model. The successful candidate will also be required to translate these staffing requirements into an annual expense budget, with quarterly updates utilizing Hyperion Planning. In addition, you will be responsible for reporting the organization’s operational and financial results and providing variance analysis on each. As well you will also be responsible for assisting in the management of the day-to-day expenses of the call center and preparing monthly accruals.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
B.S. in Finance or a related field preferred and 3+ years experience in financial analysis working with modeling packages and expense management. The successful candidate must possess good financial planning/analytical assessment skills and be proficient in all facets of analytical variance and root-cause analysis as well as possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of financial modeling as applied to operational components. Must be highly proficient in the use of Excel, MS Access, Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion Planning. Previous experience with TCS EWFM Planning software is preferred.
