Fin Plan & Analysis Mgr (JCD)

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 per year Assists Director of Finance in managing the Company's General Finance functions. Manages the analysis of financial statements, preparation of budgets, pro-forma analysis, and other financial information. Responsible for keeping Sr. Management informed of financial performance and compliance with established Accounting principles and procedures; Oversees analysis of financial statements; Compares performance with operating plans and interprets the results of operations; Reviews journal entries to general and subsidiary ledgers and monthly reconciliations of various general ledger accounts as a part of the overall review of the monthly financial statements; Monitors cash flow and manages utilization of available funds to best meet company's needs and minimize interest expense; Interfaces with other departments within the company to ensure the timely and accurate flow of financial data; Assists with workpaper preparation for quarterly reviews and annual audit; Assists with creation of budgets and forecasts; Assists department's in the review of budget to actual performance; Assists with finance related special projects such as departmental scorecards, productivity metrics, and assessment of new business opportunities; Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses and statements; Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and 5 + years Finance experience including supervision/management role.
