Fin Plan & Analysis Mgr

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $80000 to $100000 per year Large, well known Financial Services company located downtown is searching for an asset/liability manager. The position is responsible for measuring, reporting and managing the interest rate risk position of the Bank. The manager will work closely with top management to develop and implement strategies that reduce risk while improving the consistency and growth rate of the Bank's net interest income.
Responsibilities:
1. Manages the monthly preparation of a 3 year rolling balance sheet and income statement forecast for the Bank. Continually updates and improves the modeling process in order to ensure accuracy in modeling income and risk.
2. Performs the necessary analysis to identify the components of risk within the balance sheet and prepares summaries of the aggregate risk position.
3. Develops and assists in the execution of strategies which reduce risk and improve net interest revenue. Works closely with Division management to develop reporting and measurement tools which improve the financial performance of those Divisions/products.
4.
