File Clerk

Medium size Lexington law firm is seeking a file clerk who can work 25 - 30 hours per week between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Qualifications include: basic computer skills with minimum keyboarding speed of 50 wpm and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as Word & Outlook, strong understanding of basic filing rules, ability to file alphabetically and numerically with accuracy, ability to lift large legal files up to 30 lbs, strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and dress, detail-oriented, ability to work independently. Will also train to serve as backup receptionist; prior receptionist experience helpful but not required. Some benefits, depending upon hours worked. Paid parking included.
