Field Service Rep

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for installing ADP software applications for the automotive recycling industry on clients' hardware at their businesses. In addition, you will use extensive knowledge of the ADP software applications to train the clients and their employees on the workflow processes at the clients' businesses. You will be client focused and solid communication skills are key components of this responsibility. In addition, you may troubleshoot software and hardware issues that arise. You will utilize problem solving and analytical skills to solve these issues. You will also manage client contacts, and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS Degree highly preferred with a minimum of 2-5 years experience with Windows Server applications (NT, 2000, 2003); Industry certifications (A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE) are preferred. 2-5 years experience client relations. Auto recycling industry experiences a plus. Self-management and time management skills are key components of this responsibility. Ideal candidate should have experience working in a call center environment where there are high customer service standards and metrics required. Candidate must have strong PC knowledge, including installing and troubleshooting software and installing and configuring hardware to the board level.
