Field Controller

Superb opportunity to join the world's premier ground transportation services company in position of Field Controller. Provide financial support to General Manager and other Subsidiary Management in managing subsidiary operations. Timely reporting of Subsidiary financial and operating activities in accordance with Corporate and Subsidiary reporting requirements. Manage all aspects of Subsidiary accounting functions including pricing, billing, collections, credit card processing, accounts payable and payroll. Assist in cash flow management. Establish local systems of internal controls and monitor and enforce such controls. Monitor and enforce compliance with Corporate systems of internal controls. Manage local human resources support services in accordance with Corporate procedures & guidelines. Manage local accounting staff. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: BS degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience
Experience: 5-7 years accounting/financial management and supervisory experience, General Ledger accounting, financial reporting and financial analysis
Skills:
* Thorough knowledge of GAAP and its practical application
* Thorough understanding of a strong internal control environment
* Strong analytical abilities
* Strong supervisory abilities
* Excel, Word & PeopleSoft (or other ERP system)
