PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently looking for individuals with strong IT audit backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to serve as part of a team of professionals delivering quality service to a variety of Federal Government clients. Responsibilities include developing work plans and project approaches in the financial audit context and/or consulting world, analyzing state of the art client server systems and multi-platform systems while providing detailed reports on the vulnerability's of these systems to our clients. You will be expected to take a consultant's approach to the attest/assurance process of a client's operations utilizing ABAS practice methodology to assess our client's operations. This will include "review by interview", analytical procedures, and focused reviews of information systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelors degree required, preferably a concentration in CIS or MIS
Certifications such as CPA, CISA or CISSP preferredEssential Requirements:
Two+ years experience within system audit field
Experience with mainframe technology preferred, such as working knowledge of zOS, ACF2, RACF and TOP SECRET (mainframe security software) and/or ERP software such as Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP
Experience performing general and application controls reviews in a mainframe and/or client server environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Commitment to exceptional client service
Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity
Ability to travel 30% on an annual basis
