FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60000 to $65000 per year Responsibilities: Assisting with the preparation of annual and quarterly US GAAP financial statements and other disclosures included in filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission
•Assisting with the audit and review activities of the Company's external auditors
•Assisting with the preparation/review of internal financial reporting, as required
•Assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new US GAAP
•Analyzing the impact on the Company's financial statements of non-routine events and transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, changes in benefit plans and research and development contracts, as directed
•Assisting with the preparation of financial presentations to be used by the CFO/CAO at Senior Management, Audit Committee and Board of Director meetings, as directed
•Developing corporate accounting policies and procedures
