FINANCIAL PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT REPORTING MANAGER

Regional Community Bank in need of a Financial Analyst to plan, coordinate and manage the budgeting process for the entire company. Develop and manage the production of management reports to division managers. Support and report on all incentive compensation programs. Maintain the company's Financial Planning and Incentive Compensation software.

Requires solid banking background

In-depth working knowledge of Access or similar database management software with a high level of programming acumen
