We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Accounts Management Group located in Overland Park, KS.
FINANCIAL ANALYST - Overland Park, KS
Responsibilities:
Develop pro forma financials
Quality control and reporting of financial data
Process third party invoicing
Offer memoranda and financial reports for clients of the firm
Assist Accountant and Finance Manager with A/P problems or issues and other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years accounting experience, some real estate or related field with accounting experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and manage his/her time to meet client needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications as well as experience with real estate accounting software a plus (JDE, MIR, Skyline, and/or Timberline)
