We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Public Institutions Group located in Chicago, IL.

FINANCIAL ANALYST - Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:
Develop pro forma financials
Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data
Prepare presentations, requests for qualifications / proposals, and financial reports for clients of the firm
Review and analyze legal documents, financial reports, and operating plans as part of the due diligence process, negotiations or on-going portfolio management
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate or related field
Strong financial / analytical and organizational skills
Independent worker and team player
Willingness to travel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
