We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst/Controller to join our Accounts Management Group located in Hartford, CT.

FINANCIAL ANALYST/CONTROLLER - Hartford, CT

Responsibilities:
Develop pro forma financials
Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data
Prepare presentations, offer memoranda and financial reports for clients of the firm
Review and analyze legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process or as part of on-going property oversight
Provide financial accounting support to project managers and lease admin function
Prepare financial reporting in support of all account disciplines for the use of the account team and the client
Monitor and prepare account required deliverables
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree with an interest in real estate
Minimum of at least 2 years related work experience
Strong financial/analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Individuals that have access to a car are highly preferred
